The Lot SPA Hotel is an educating hotel. The hotel, in corporation with The Dead Sea Hotel Association and The Beer Sheba Technological Institute organized and managed a two year course of hospitality management. 22 students from hotels around the Dead Sea have graduated, 12 of these were from Lot SPA Hotel.
The graduation ceremony took place at the Lot SPA Hotel, January 19, 2009, and was attended by Mayor of Arad, Mr. Gideon Bar Lev, Mayor of Tamar Municipality, Mr. Dov Litvinof, Chairman of The Dead Sea Hotel Association, Mr. Udi Sicherman, General Manager of Beer Sheba Technological Institute, Mr. Dov Tamir, students, families and members of the public.
