1.1 Room reservations can be made directly to the hotel phone number:972-8-6689200 or through this Internet site.
1.2 Reservations through this site can be made with specific conditions. Users must declare that they have read the “Rules and Regulations” form and agree to the conditions in full. Users must also agree that they, or any third party acting on their behalf, will not lodge any complaint and / or demand and / or lawsuit directly and / or indirectly against the Internet site and / or against the hotel and / or anyone operating on their behalf.
1.3 Users making reservations through this Internet site are required to fill in their personal details, including ID or passport number and credit card details.
1.4 Filling any incorrect personal details will result in taking legal action against the customer for any damages that may be caused to the Internet site and / or to the hotel and / or to a third part on their behalf.
1.5 The credit card details forwarded through the Internet site are for the purpose of securing the reservation and for charging in cases of cancellation conditions.
1.6 The actual payment for the stay will be made in the hotel upon departure.
1.7 At the end of the online reservation process, the customer will receive an automatic e-mail message confirming the reservation. The customer is required to present the contents of this message upon arrival at the hotel reception,
1.8 No double offers and discount will be offered when ordering through the website, unless explicitly determined otherwise.
1.9 Parts of the Website (as defined hereinabove) and of these Terms & Conditions are written in a muscular form for convenience only, and all the provisions hereto and the content presented on the Website addresses both genders.
1.10 Room bookings for tourists without Israeli citizenship can be made in dollars according to the price lists on the website in various languages. These bookings can only be made on presentation of the B4 entry permit.
1.11 Some of the services provided on the website require completion of the registration procedure. This includes, among other things, to accept the terms of use and providing, as well as confirming personal data.

Conditions and limitations
3.1 The prices quoted in the Hebrew Internet site, are in New Israeli Shekels, including VAT and are intended for Israeli citizens only.
3.2 The prices quoted in U.S. Dollars and are intended for foreign citizens only (who do not hold an Israeli citizenship). It is required to present a B4 entry card as a condition for VAT exemption.
3.3 The actual payment for foreign citizens will be upon arrival at the hotel in foreign currency or in Shekels in accordance with the exchanged rate published by the bank of Israel on the day of payment.
3.4 Israelis making a booking in foreign currency will be charged an additional VAT.
3.5 The hotel is free to change the conditions and rates at any time.
3.6 The number of available rooms at the hotel is limited. Therefore, a confirmation of a reservation is subject to availability only.
3.7 The stay of the guest in the room (Check In time) will start from 3:00 pm, and departure no later than 11:00 am. Arrival and / or departure of the room on different hours require the hotel’s approval and might involve an additional fee.

Terms of Use for the Website
4.1 Definitions**: A “baby” is defined as someone under the age of two, and a “child” is defined as someone who has reached the age of two but has not yet turned twelve. Any person may use the website, subject to the following cumulative conditions:
(a) The user is legally competent to perform binding legal actions;
(b) The user is at least 18 years old;
(c) The user holds a valid Israeli credit card, issued in Israel by one of the credit card companies;

4.3 It is clarified that the user is a private user only in ordering a vacation and/or services from the website for private use and not for the purpose of selling the proposed vacation and/or the proposed services by way of collective sale and/or wholesale and/or sale of more than 5 rooms per order at the same time. Use of the website other than private use, shall entitle the hotel to take measures at their disposal in accordance with the provisions set forth in any law against the persons engaged in the collective sale as said.

7.1 The hotel will not share the user’s personal information with any third party.
7.2 Notwithstanding the above, the hotel may transfer the user’s personal information to a third party in cases where the user has performed an act or omission that harms or may harm the hotel and/or any third parties, if the user has used the hotel’s services to commit an illegal act, or if the hotel receives a judicial order requiring it to disclose the user’s details to a third party, as well as in any dispute or legal proceedings.

Placing an order:
8.1 Orders are placed by entering all the needed information in Details of Purchase.
8.2 Placing an Order Using a Credit Card: The entered credit card information is used only to secure the order. After entering credit card information, the buyer will receive an automated email message confirming the reservation. Buyers must present the confirmation to the hotel upon arrival to the front desk. Order confirmation is automatic in online reservations, the client’s credit card will be charged only upon arrival to the hotel.

Cancelation Policy:
9.1 Canceling orders must be done in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law of 5741 -1981 (hereinafter: the “Consumer Protection Law”), including the regulations thereof, and after the Ordering Party, as defined in Lot SPA Hotel Terms and Conditions, has placed an order through the Website’s reservation system, and received the booking confirmation document.
9.2 An Ordering Party may cancel a transaction, subject to the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law, as in any of the following means:

Cancellation Fees in the Months of December, January, February, July, August
10.1 In the case of a cancellation made within 14 days of the booking date or receipt of the transaction details document (whichever is later), and the cancellation does not occur within 7 non-rest days before the scheduled stay, the customer will be charged a cancellation fee of 100 NIS or 5% of the booking value, whichever is lower.
10.2 If the cancellation is made after 14 days from the booking date or receipt of the transaction details document (whichever is later), and the cancellation does not occur within 7 non-rest days before the scheduled stay, the customer will be charged a cancellation fee of 100 NIS.
10.3 In the case where the cancellation is made within 7 non-rest days before the scheduled stay, the customer will be charged a cancellation fee of 25% of the booking value, regardless of the time elapsed since the booking date.
10.4 In the case of a no-show without prior cancellation notice, the customer will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of the booking value.

Cancellation Fees during Israeli Holidays, March, April, May, June, September, October, and November
11.1 In the case of a cancellation made within 14 days of the booking date or receipt of the transaction details document (whichever is later), provided the cancellation does not occur within 7 non-rest days before the scheduled stay, the customer will be charged a cancellation fee of 100 NIS or 5% of the booking value, whichever is lower.
11.2 In the case of a cancellation made after 14 days from the booking date or receipt of the transaction details document (whichever is later), provided the cancellation does not occur within 21 non-rest days before the scheduled stay, the customer will be charged a cancellation fee of 100 NIS.
For bookings as mentioned in clause 4.1 above, in the case of a cancellation made after 14 days from the booking date or receipt of the transaction details document (whichever is later) and the cancellation occurs between 20 to 8 non-rest days before the scheduled stay, the customer will be charged a cancellation fee of 25% of the booking value.
11.3 For bookings as mentioned in clause 4.1 above, if the cancellation occurs within 7 non-rest days before the scheduled stay, the customer will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of the booking value (regardless of the time elapsed since the booking date).
11.4 It is hereby clarified that the customer’s charge will be made by the hotel (or on its behalf) via the credit card details provided by the customer, and the customer gives their irrevocable consent for the above-mentioned charge, subject to the provisions of this regulation.

Cancellation of a reservation without cancellation fee:
It is clarified that a reservation for a hotel stay may be canceled without payment of cancellation fees due to a discrepancy between the stay booked and the reservation details provided to the customer after booking, and/or due to the failure to provide the stay at the booked time, and/or due to a defect and/or breach of contract, all in accordance with section 14(e)(1) of the Consumer Protection Law.
It is further clarified that, in addition to the cases specified in this section, where it is legally permissible to cancel a reservation without payment of cancellation fees, Lot Hotel may, at its sole discretion, exempt the customer from paying cancellation fees or approve more flexible cancellation terms depending on the period..

Changes of Reservation
Any changes of reservation made through the website, must be done through the Hotel reservations – days Sunday till Thursday between 08:00 till 17:00, Friday and holiday eve between 08:00-14:00. The Company shall not be held liable for any type of damage caused as a result of failure/delay/ or any viruses in consequence of using and/or an attempt to use the Website, including use for purposes of ordering Services and/or obtaining information, and the User shall raise no claims and/or demands against the Company and the Website Operator and/or any of their representatives in that regard.

Terms and Conditions:
1. Lot Hotel reserves the right to cancel or modify the terms of booking acceptance as well as any prices published on the website at any time.
2. Without detracting from the aforementioned, the hotel is entitled not to approve and/or to unilaterally cancel any transaction recorded in the system, even if an automatic confirmation was sent to the customer, under one or more of the following conditions:
a. In the event of an error in the transaction price, this will not obligate the hotel, and the hotel may credit the customer for the transaction amount and/or contact the customer to arrange a proper booking.
b. In the case of an error in the publication of the transaction, its description, or any other human error.
c. In the case of an error in the booking for any reason at the hotel’s sole discretion.
* For any cancellation mentioned in this subsection, no cancellation fees as stated in these terms will apply.
- The prices on the website are in shekels, include VAT, and are intended for Israeli residents only.
- Vacation bookings for foreign residents, holding foreign citizenship, at a dollar price, will be available by switching the website language to English.
- The dollar-based prices are intended for tourists, and the presentation of a B4 card is required upon arrival at the hotel. Without a B4 card, VAT will apply.
